Obnoxious Livestreamer Clavicular Under Investigation For Shooting An Alligator In Florida

Can we stop making these people famous?

Honestly, I hate myself for even knowing who Clavicular is, but if you’re not familiar with him (I’m jealous of you), the 20-year old whose real name is Braden Eric Peters is known for his “looksmaxxing” content on how to become more attractive.

I feel like need a lobotomy after just writing that sentence.

Anyway, the controversial livestreamer has found himself in hot water several times over the past year or so, including a December 2025 incident in which he was banned from streaming platform Kick after hitting a man with a Tesla Cybertruck, as well as his arrest earlier this year in Arizona for drug possession.

Most recently, a video went viral of him claiming that he was going to have a woman arrested after slapping him, but in a turn of events yesterday Peters was arrested himself on a misdemeanor assault charge, though it’s unclear whether it’s related to the video.

That might not be the end of his legal trouble though, because now Florida Fish and Wildlife officials announced they are investigating a video showing Clavicular and his group firing a handgun at an alligator while riding in an airboat.

In the disgusting video, which I’m not going to post here but you can easily find if you want to see it, Clavicular and his fellow morons are riding through the Florida swamp when one pulls out a gun and fires multiple shots at the gator.

Someone in the group says that they think the alligator is dead, and Clavicular then stands up and pulls out his own gun, with the group unloading on the gator while he says they “gotta make sure” that it’s dead.

Well the video caught the attention of officials in the Sunshine State, and yesterday the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission released a statement confirming that they had opened an investigation into the incident:

“The FWC is aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator. FWC officers are looking into the incident and will provide additional information when available.”

In Florida, hunting alligators requires an alligator trapping license and a statewide alligator harvest permit. The state issues a limited number of permits, with a harvest quota set each year based on an evaluation of on-site habitat or population inventories in order to ensure there are no long-term adverse impacts on population levels.

Alligator harvest season in Florida runs from August 15 through November 8 each year, and hunters are allowed to harvest two alligators during their assigned period within the season. Rifles and handguns are not allowed to be used by recreational harvesters.

Under Florida law, it’s illegal to “intentionally kill, injure, possess, or capture” an alligator unless authorized by the FWC, and doing so constitutes a class three felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison.

Clavicular was arrested yesterday in Florida on assault charges, though it’s unclear whether those charges are related to this investigation or another incident.

Regardless, I think everyone can agree that this guy has no business being famous. These livestreamers get followers and then think they can do whatever they want for views, so hopefully the state of Florida is ready to teach him a lesson.
