Prepare to have your mind blown.
Ever feel like you are seeing – or hearing – double? The internet is currently in the boat of “hearing double” thanks to one social media user’s observation that you’ll never be able to un-hear. And it all has to do with former President Joe Biden and current New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh.
That is still very weird to type considering Harbaugh had been the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens since 2008. In his 18 seasons there, he lead the Ravens to to over 190 wins, and only three losing seasons… one of those being last year. Though Harbaugh is widely considered as one of the best coaches in the league, and has won a Super Bowl (some might argue he should have more than just one Lombardi), the Baltimore Ravens decided to move on from him after nearly two decades.
So now, he’s the head coach of the New York Giants.
I’m sure he’ll be successful there just as he was in Baltimore, but to be frank, we’re not here to talk football. We’re here to talk about how the newly named Giants head coach sounds a heck of a lot like one of American’s former Commander N’ Chiefs. Harbaugh was interviewed by Fox & Friends, and while he was walking around New York’s football facility, he talked about receiving support from President Trump and his love for the United States.
I don’t know if Harbaugh speaking about America and its history made it easier to realize or not, but social media couldn’t help but notice that the Giants head coach sounded almost exactly like Joe Biden, so much as in what he was saying, but his voice. Close your eyes and listen:
I mean… that’s Joe Biden speaking, is it not?
To be fair, it was actually a pretty refreshing and patriotic take on this great country, which you probably would never hear from the mouth of Joe Biden these days.
“This is the greatest country and this is the greatest experiment in governing… that’s ever been attempted in the history of the world.”
Of course that statement alone angered a number of fans who thought it was somehow MAGA-coded to have love for your country, but it was really the vocal comparison that garnered the bulk of the commentary. The internet collectively lost its mind after social media user “JefePil” shared the video and stated “someone said that John Harbaugh has the same voice as Joe Biden and now I can’t un-hear it.”

It might seem like it… but it is not. The eyes closed test truly does play a trick on your mind. I did it and kept waiting for the phrase “I’m serious, Jack” or a rambling story about growing up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and then ,mumbling off into nonsense, but nope, that’s New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh talking… as hard as that might be to believe.
