What if I told you there was a way to watch the Season 2 premiere of Landman one week early?
The second season of Landman is set to release on November 16 – almost exactly a year after the show’s first season (it aired on November 17, 2024). That means that we’re just a couple of months away from seeing the star-studded cast of Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Andy Garcia, Sam Elliott, Ali Larter, Jacob Lofland, and Michelle Randolph – among others – return to our television screens.
Fans of the show can only hope that Landman‘s second season delivers as many memorable moments as the first. It seemed like every week, another clip from the show was going viral online. And I imagine that the addition of actors Andy Garcia (who will play a cartel boss) and Sam Elliott (who will play Tommy Norris’ father) can only help elevate the hit series to the next level… and raise the stakes even higher.
The second season’s official synopsis implies that a boiling point will be reached one way or another as Thornton’s crisis executive and “fixer” Tommy Norris will certainly be forced to put out some fires:
“As oil rises from the earth, so do secrets – and Tommy Norris’s (Thornton) breaking point may be closer than he realizes. Facing mounting pressure from M-Tex Oil, Cami Miller (Moore), and the shadow of his kin, survival in West Texas isn’t noble – it’s brutal. And sooner or later something’s got to break.”
Certainly sounds like the second season of Landman will somehow be just an intense as the first season, and could have fans on the edge of their seat even more.
And I don’t know about you, but the closer and closer I get to a show’s release date, the harder it is to wait. It’s almost like time slows down a bit, and each week that you wait trudges along. Somehow the three or four months before fly by, and then the weeks leading up to the premiere feels like years.
The good news is that we’re less than a month away from Landman’s second season airing for all to see… but what if I told you there’s a way to watch the Season 2 premiere one week early if you really wanted to? There’s an exclusive screening of Landman’s Season 2 premiere at PaleyFest, and tickets to the event are only about $22 a pop. That’s a pretty good deal considering you get to see the episode one week early and you get to hear from Landman stars Billy Bob Thornton, Ali Larter, Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, and Paulina Chavez in person (as well as co-creator and executive producer Christian Wallace) during a Q&A session after the exclusive screening.
