Post Malone really has gone country as a supporter of the Dallas Cowboys. The Syracuse, New York, native probably didn’t make many friends out of Giants fans at MetLife Stadium on Thursday evening when he strolled onto the field with Cowboys attire on.
No but really, Post moved to Texas when he was nine, and his father ran concessions for the Cowboys, hence his not cheering for the more birth-adjacent Giants or Jets. It’s not as if supporting America’s Team has been a picnic, and in fact, the Giants have won two Super Bowls in Post’s lifetime.
OK but circling back to the reason we’re here. Post has shows this weekend in New York City as part of his F-1 Trillion Tour, so why not come check out the prime-time NFC East matchup featuring his favorite team? It must be a thrill to be a celebrity and get to just chill with your favorite sports team whenever you see fit.
The coolest part? Post got to chop it up with Cowboys kicker/fantasy football superstar Brandon Aubrey.

Forget kicking it with Dak Prescott, Micah Parsons, or Jerry Jones. I’d be all over Aubrey as well if I had to pick a Cowboys player to get an autograph from. Seemed like Post was on a mission to get Aubrey’s signature since he was rocking his No. 17 jersey.
Somewhat obscured by the latest high-profile, disastrous loss for the Cowboys this past Sunday was Aubrey drilling a 65-yard field goal — just one yard off the NFL record. Tom Brady couldn’t help but gush over the feat of Aubrey’s foot.

I have a feeling that’s why Post was rocking an Aubrey No. 17. Or maybe Post just has him on his fantasy team. Or maybe he just respects a fellow artist/public figure who’s at the peak of their powers and has mastered their craft. Whatever the motivation, this was a wholesome team-up that will hopefully give Dallas some good vibes and success as they try to snap a two-game skid on a short week against the G-Men.
Congrats if you have Brandon Aubrey on your fantasy squad. I know I could use him.
Brandon Aubrey fantasy managers rejoice! 🙌
