Hibachi Chef Hilariously Serenades Customers With New Twist On “Tennessee Whiskey”

Whenever you walk into a hibachi restaurant, you never know what kind of cool tricks your chef might have up his sleeve.

It’s such a novelty, and the food is never really anything to write home about, but whether they’re lighting your food on fire or doing magic trick, you’re there for the show.

However, I highly doubt this was on either of these guys’ bingo cards when they walked into this hibachi restaurant this specific night. In this hilarious video, you can see the chef play Chris Stapleton’s version of “Tennessee Whiskey,” and next thing you know, the chef starts to sing it.

You can tell that the chef is really feeling it, and is probably convinced he could go toe to toe with Stapleton vocally in this moment. In the background, you can see his coworkers filming and laughing, as this probably isn’t the first time he’s done something like this.

Even the customer listening on couldn’t help but laugh and say:

“He singin’ dat b*tch doe, boy! He singin’ it doe!”

Guy thinks he’s Theo Von… I digress…

He then asks the chef:

“How you even know this song bruh?”

And the chef responds:

“I don’t!”

However, the best part of the video is when he gets to the chorus. Instead of singing “Tennessee whiskey,” he replaces it with “Tennessee sake.” Not gonna lie, I laughed for five minutes straight before I could finally compose myself enough to write this article.

I hope they gave my guy a fat tip.
