If you ever went through two-a-days in football, then you know just how physically exhausting it can get. Working out, practicing, running until you puke… it’s not for the faint of heart, but it helps to build that grit and determination required to have a winning football season. Just ask Dan Campbell about grit…

However, you don’t know physical and mental exhaustion until you do a whole workout with the United States Marines.

Their training pushes you to lengths you never thought your body could go. Of course, I’m not going to act like I’ve gone through a whole training session with the Marines myself, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that it’s HARD.

With that being said, Deion Sanders decided to give his Colorado football team the opportunity to experience this intense training first hand, and keep in mind… We’re talking about a group of football players who are probably in the best shape of their lives, as they’re on strict training and diet schedules.

And boy, did they get one helluva wake up call.

In the video, you can see the Marines leading the team through several live-action scenario training routines, such as dragging a teammate several yards as if they were a wounded soldier on the battlefield, and throwing a teammate over their shoulder and running with them for several yards.

Perhaps the wildest part of this training session is that it was non-stop, and no breaks in between, so you can only imagine the exhaustion they were feeling after this one was over with.
