Larry Fleet Releases Acoustic Performance Of “Man Made A Bar,” The Song He Wrote For Morgan Wallen And Eric Church

One of the best songs from Morgan Wallen‘s latest album.

“Man Made a Bar,” Morgan’s duet with Eric Church on his One Thing At a Time double album, is one of the standouts for me from the entire project.

Of course I’m also a big fan of Church, so it makes sense that this would be the one that I would listen to on repeat. Not to mention it’s was written by one of the best up-and-coming mainstream artists out there right now, Larry Fleet.

Fleet, who opened for Wallen on his Dangerous Tour last year and will be hitting the road with Morgan again when he takes his One Night At a Time World Tour across the pond this winter, co-wrote the song with Brett Tyler, Jordan Dozzi and Rocky Block. And he’s performed it several times himself on his current tour.

But now, Fleet has released his own version of his hit song.

Live from the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar in Jackson, Wyoming, the video showcases Fleet on a stripped back, acoustic version of the song – which if I had to guess, is probably what he envisioned for the song when he wrote it.

Either way, it’s safe to say it works, and I almost prefer this version to the original.

Larry is also gearing up to release his third album, Earned It, this coming Friday, and he’s dropped a sampler of what we can expect from the new project with songs like the title track and “Much to Talk About.”

Definitely wouldn’t be mad to see Larry release his version of “Man Made A Bar” at some point either.
