Rodeo Bull Causes Havoc When It Leaps Over The Pen Fence At Fox Hollow Rodeo

I did not know a 1,500 pound bull was that athletic.

A crazy scene unfolded recently at the Fox Hollow Rodeo in Waynesville, Ohio when a bull decided he didn’t want to wait his turn and decided to hop in the arena a bit early.

A bull rider named Storm Douglas Howard had just strapped in and began his ride when one of the bulls in the adjacent chute made one of the most impressive moves I’ve ever seen, leaping over it’s pen fence and entering the arena, which caused all sorts of havoc.

Unfortunately we only have a small clip of the incident, but we have enough to know one thing: that bull meant business.

As you can see when the cowboys jump over the fence themselves, it wasn’t exactly short, looking to be at least 6 or 7 feet high, so the bull has some serious hops. It also almost crashed directly into Storm, which would undoubtedly have been extremely dangerous.

All’s well that ends well I guess, and it looks to have calmed down as soon as it had a bit of space, but my goodness for a second there I though we were about to witness some absolute carnage.

Also, as it tends to do, the comment section gave us a great one that had me laughing out loud:

“Bull was like… I DON’T NEED THE LAWS OF MAN TO TELL ME WHAT I OUGHT TO DO”

Brilliant… just brilliant.

Hats off to the rider for weathering the storm (sorry, had to do it) and let’s put some respect on that bull’s name.

Maybe they should enter him in showjumping competition.

And since we mentioned Childers’ song, let’s give it a listen while we’re here.
