Doubling down at the Mother Church.

Last week, Charles Wesley Godwin announced that he would be headlining the iconic Ryman Auditorium for the first time ever this December.

The show on December 8 will also feature the incredible Wyatt Flores and Cole Chaney, and is sure to be a can’t-miss show.

And apparently a lot of people agreed. Presales for tickets started this morning, and within an hour pretty much every ticket that was on sale was gone, with many online expressing their disappointment at missing out on seeing the incredible concert.

So now he’s doing it “All Again.”

The second show will take place on Thursday, December 7, and will feature the same stellar lineup of Flores and Chaney kicking off the two-night run, capping off a monster year for Charles and his Allegheny High band.

Presale for the newly-added show starts tomorrow, and if today was any indication, you better get there early if you want a chance at these tickets.

The West Virginia native just announced his third full-length album, Family Tieswill be dropping September 22. It’ll be his first album since signing with Big Loud Records, but if you were worried that things would change now that Charles is signed to a major label, he put those fears to rest with his Family Ties sampler EP.

Charles has proven time and time again that he’s one of the best at painting a picture with his music, telling stories about life in his Appalachian home but also making music that’s relatable to anybody who just likes damn good songwriting and a killer voice.

And I can’t wait to hear how beautiful those songs sound in the walls of the Mother Church of Country Music.
