Growing up, there’s a good chance you played “Slap Box” with one of your buddies growing up.
You know, you take turns slapping each other in the face until somebody taps out. Okay, maybe that was just me considering I grew up in BFE and there wasn’t anything better to do, but I’m fully convinced I still haven’t fully regained feeling on the left side of my face.
With that being said, little did I know that this game has become a professional sport…
It was recently announced that Dana White’s Power Slap Fighting League is gearing up to make its debut on TBS (surprised it’s not on ESPN 8 “The Ocho”) on January 18th.
So, naturally, people are pulling up videos of just how brutal this “sport” can be.
This video comes from the RXF Slap Fighting Tournament that was held in Las Vegas, where you can see Romanian “professional slapper” Sorin Comsa getting an absolute BEATING from a fellow competitor.
In the footage, you can see Comsa slap his opponent, who literally just laughs in his face.
Then, the opponent comes right back at him, delivering a brutal slap that could’ve been heard all the way down the Vegas strip.
And the worst part?
Just look at Comsa’s face.
The whole left side of his face is swollen up like a water balloon, and you can even see blood start to pour down his face.
I mean my God, this guy is gonna forget that he has a wife, mortgage, and three kids after this fight. Hell, he might even walk into his own house and his wife might think a stranger has broken in.
