Chris Pratt Got Stung In The Eyeball After Texas Beekeeper Inspires Him To Approach A Hive: “F*ck That Bee Lady”

I have the utmost respect for all you bee workers out there.

The fact that y’all have the guts to work around insects that are willing to sting you at any given moment is something I can’t even fathom, considering I’m a dude who is getting over the childhood trauma of accidentally stepping on a yellow jacket nest and getting stung seven times…

Yeah, actually you bee workers are insane, but I respect y’all though.

But speaking of bee workers and bee stings, actor Chris Pratt had himself a time and a half for all the wrong reasons recently, after getting inspired by a video of a bee worker.

He explained in an Instagram video:

“So I’ve been following this bee lady on the Instagram, and she’s so cool and brave and gets in front of these hives of bees and says ‘They’re very calm today. I’m gonna remove the bee, I’m gonna use my bare hands to sift through the bees and look for the queen.’

So it’s built up this false sense of security in me, to whereas I said, ‘I think I can control bees too.’

I saw a beehive two days ago and I went towards it, and a man standing next to me says ‘Hey careful there’s bees,’ and I said ‘These bees look very calm,’ and I just stared at these bees and then one of them comes out and stings me in the eyeball.

So, anyways, f*ck that bee lady.”

TOUGH scene there Chris.

Yeah, they are “professionals” for a reason.

Nevertheless, still pretty hilarious. Check it out:

The bee lady is actually Texas beekeeper Erika Thompson, who has built quite the following on social media.

She was also recently featured on an episdoe of Joe Rogan’s popular podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience.
