Scary situation.
A Michigan City, Indiana man who was in Tennessee for the annual Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has gone missing from his Nashville Airbnb.
According to a post from his mother, Trevor Lines was staying at an Airbnb in east Nashville with his friends ahead of the annual festival in Manchester, Tennessee. He was last seen in bed at the Airbnb around 6:00 AM on Thursday, June 11, but when his friends woke up between 9 and 9:30 he was gone, with his phone, bag, and other personal items left behind.
His family suspects that Lines may have left the Airbnb to get food, but couldn’t find his way back without his phone.
Lines was driving a white 2016 Lexus LX350 with a Purdue University license plate from the state of Indiana, and according to a post from his brother the Manchester Police Department says his vehicle was last pinged by a license plate reader on Friday afternoon heading north out of Nashville, over 24 hours after he disappeared and in the opposite direction of Bonnaroo, towards his home in Indiana.
The family has not received any information regarding further pings on the plate since that time.
His brother also confirmed that, while Lines had his festival wristband and camping pass with him, the festival says that neither had been scanned at the gate, meaning he apparently didn’t arrive at the festival (though I guess it’s possible that he was able to get in without his ticket being scanned). His friends, who have his phone, also say the phone received an alert from Chase bank at 10:50 AM with a transaction.
A missing persons report has been filed with police, but in the meantime the family is asking the public to remain on the lookout for their loved one or his vehicle.

His brother says this would have been Lines’ first time at Bonnaroo.
The festival takes place annually in Manchester, Tennessee, about an hour south of Nashville, and attracts more than 60,000 people each year. Headliners for this year’s festival include The Strokes, Teddy Swims, and Noah Kahan.
While there are reports from one festival goer that he was dancing with Lines on Thursday night, those reports appear to be mistaken given the fact that his wristband was never scanned into the festival.
If you have any information on Lines, or if you happen to spot him, you can contact the Metro Nashville Police Department or message his family on Facebook. At this point he could be nearly anywhere in the country, so wherever you are, keep an eye out and let’s try to find him and make sure he gets home safe.
