Last October, the Zac Brown Band made the return to their roots that we all desperately wanted, as they released The Comeback, an album that brought back that original sound we all know and love from the group.
The album brought a sense of hope and happiness during a time which COVID-19 cases began to spike again, making us all wonder if things would ever be the same as they were back in early 2020.
With that being said, in anticipation for the deluxe version of the album, the group has been in the process of re-releasing some songs from the album with featured collaborators, like the boot stomper “Out in the Middle,” with Blake Shelton.
And the next re-release they plan to drop?
It’s “Wild Palomino,” but this time it’ll feature one of the best country singers and performers in the game right now, Cody Johnson. The re-release is slated to drop on July 15th.
For those who aren’t too familiar, “Wild Palomino,” is a good ol’ fashioned love ballad that’s easy on the ears, as Zac Brown sings about loving somebody that can’t be tied down, who he compares to a wild horse (a palomino).
Get ready, this is gonna be a good one.
“Wild Palomino” featuring Cody Johnson, as well as “Out In The Middle” featuring Blake Shelton are to be featured on the forthcoming deluxe version of The Comeback, due out later this fall.
