Triston Marez And Jenna Paulette Drop New Duet, “Once In A Blue Moon”

Happy Friday.

We all know Triston Marez is one of the brightest young stars in country music right now, boasting hits like “Darlin’,” “Forget About You,” and “Where the Neon Lies” in his young career.

Then add Jenna Paulette, who is an incredibly talented up-and-comer in her own right.

The two dropped a duet titled “Once in a Blue Moon” today, written by Trea Landon, Faren Rachels, and Nate Kenyon, produced by David Dorn and Alex Torrez.

Paulette recalled the first time Marez showed her the song:

“Triston sent me this song and the first time I listened to it was a ‘hell yes’ for me. I love that the tempo and energy fits both of our styles so well.”

Triston added:

“When I first heard ‘Once in a Blue Moon’ I knew I needed to cut it. I had met Jenna a couple months prior and just knew she was the perfect fit for this song. She absolutely killed it! Can’t wait for folks to hear it.”

The song itself is about two lovers who hit each other up “once in a blue moon,” but secretly they have more feelings for each other than the song title would suggest.
