Well, this is a bit strange…
We all saw Will Smith slap the hell out of Chris Rock at the Oscars, after he made a G.I. Jane joke about Jada Pinkett Smith’s hair loss.
As Smith screamed back at Rock from his seat:
“KEEP MY WIFE’S NAME OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MOUTH.”
Needless to say, it was an incredibly tense moment for everybody in the room, filled with a bunch of nervous laughs, and it’s been the talk of the entire universe ever since Sunday. I’m legit surprised President Biden hasn’t called a press conference to share his thoughts on the matter. Did anyone ask Vladimir Putin to weigh in?
I’m bored as fuck with the whole thing, and every time I try and get away, some new information comes up and I’m compelled to begrudgingly write another blog about this shit.
So here we are…
That being said, it appears that somebody found the whole situation hilarious…
And it was no other than Jada Pinkett Smith herself.
A new angle shows Pinkett Smith laughing and smiling, as Will screams back at Rock.
I’ll admit it’s pretty confusing, considering her eye roll and disgusted look after the joke is what made Will go up there and slap the comedian in the first place. I mean seriously, Will was laughing when he first said the joke, until he looked over at his wife and saw she was not amused.
So all of this begs the question…. is Jada playing cat and mouse with Will Smith? I mean, he’s clearly dealing with some stuff after the whole “entanglement” fiasco, and it looks like she might be getting off on it?
Another video shows Rock looking absolutely humiliated and shocked, only a few minutes after the incident occurred.
Rock had his latest comedy show in Boston, following the wild night, and he admitted he was “still processing” the whole situation.
