I’m not trying to panic anybody, BUT…
Chick-fil-A is now limiting sauces due to an industry-wide shortage.
That means you can get one sauce per entrée, two sauces per meal and three sauces per 30-count nuggets.
They told The Tennessean they’re experiencing the effects of the shortage and have to implement this policy for the time being:
“Due to industry-wide supply chain disruptions, some Chick-fil-A restaurants are experiencing a shortage of select items, like sauces.
We are actively working to make adjustments to solve this issue quickly and apologize to our Guests for any inconvenience.”
Of course, they’re responding with grace, and quite apologetically, to customers who are starting to find this out at their local Chick-fil-A:
So, if you typically get four packets of ranch or Polynesian sauce, you’re gonna want to be sparing with it for the next little while.
Plus, there’s apparently a chicken shortage at the moment, too, and it’s causing restaurants like the beloved southern fast-food chicken restaurant Bojangles to… run out of chicken. So, I guess Chick-fil-A could very well have to start limiting their chicken, too.
AND, on top of THAT, the south is experiencing a major gas shortage because of a pipeline hack a few days ago, so if you know someone who lives down here, pray for us. We’re not doing too well at the moment…
Of course, there ain’t nothing like a little redneck ingenuity, and there’s been some great solutions floating around the internet as to how we could resolve some of these issues.

Not a solution necessarily, but I’m a little concerned to see how this is all gonna play out.
Seeing as people have already gotten into it over gas down here, I don’t know what’s gonna happen when they’re handed just one packet of Chick-fil-A sauce…
