Brothers Osborne might be one of the most underrated acts in all of country music.
John shredding that guitar, TJ slinging those rich baritone vocals, they’re a 1,2 punch that’s tough for anybody to compete with. And if I’m telling the truth, aside from the music they make, I love their unapologetic honesty.
Like when they talked about playing acoustic:
“When you play acoustic, you can’t hide behind anything. It’s really the thing that separates the men from the boys… We’re not calling ourselves country music just so we can find a genre to put our shitty pop music in.”
A-fucking-men.
