The 55th Annual ACM Awards may have been postponed due to Coronavirus, but it looks like you’re still going to get your dose of country music next month.
In lieu of the usual awards ceremony, the ACMs will be broadcasting a unique music special featuring at-home acoustic performances from some of country music’s best, along with some highlights of the ACM Awards throughout the years.
The special will broadcast at the same time as the originally-scheduled ACM Awards, Sunday April 5th on CBS.
Countless artists have been taking to social to media to interact with fans, live streaming performances, hosting Q&A’s, etc… but this could wind up being a unique way to celebrate country music, despite the current shitstorm of uncertainty we’re living in.
