Shiner Launches New Seasonal S’more-Infused Beer

I’ve said it before, but there’s just something about the colder weather that makes you want to drink a beer. Well, there’s something every kind of weather that makes you want to drink a beer, but in the winter time, I just crave a good seasonal.

That’s where Shiner comes in.

I’ve always been a fan of Shiner Bock, and earlier this week I found myself with a 6-pack of their Shiner Holiday Cheer, but their new S’more Chocolate and Marshmallow Ale has peaked my curiosity.

Celebrating Shiner’s 111th birthday, the brewery teamed up with Tejas Chocolate to blend some of their artisan chocolate into their beer. And according to Shiner, the result is a rich ale bursting with roasted malts, chocolate, marshmallows, hints of graham cracker and vanilla. It weighs in at 5.0% ABV and offers a 20 IBU, so despite it’s rich color, it’s pretty damn easy to drink.

If you’re looking to get toasted this holiday season, look no further.
