Koe Wetzel is one of the fastest growing independent artists in the country, with one of the most loyal fanbases I have seen in quite some time. Even Muscadine Bloodline called him “the biggest thing in Texas.”
Koe has gained quite the reputation of being a badass, and truth be told, he is the real deal folks. His live shows are crazy fun and if you’ve never had the chance to check one out, you must pencil it in your to-do list. Also, if you haven’t listen to Koe’s episode on the Whiskey Riff Raff podcast, you need to do it. Everyone pretty much agreed it was the best ever.
Anyways, during a day off in Kansas City, Koe shared a video of him and one of his boys racing on the sidewalk and I think it’s safe to say some beers were had. After a few false-starts and a nasty wipeout, we were left with some late-night comedy gold. Although, I think his scraped hands might agree, Koe should probably avoid running on sidewalks barefoot in the near future.
