This guy is the best.
Cam Skattebo has had an electric rookie season since being drafted in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft by the New York Giants.
Unfortunately his season was cut short after suffering a dislocated ankle during a game against the Philadelphia Eagles on October 26. But before being ruled out for the rest of the year Skattebo had already racked up 410 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns, as well as 207 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns, during the first 8 games of his NFL career.
Skattebo has instantly become a fan-favorite, whether you’re a Giants fan or not, because of his pure grit and toughness and willingness to run into just about anything. In fact, even after going down with his season-ending injury, Skattebo was headbutting his quarterback Jaxson Dart as he was being carted off the field.
During his time off due to his injury, Skattebo has started streaming himself playing World of Warcraft live on Twitch, which as you can imagine is must-watch television even if you’re not a WoW player due simply to Skattebo’s electric personality.
One clip that’s gone viral, though, has really got the internet talking.
During one of his streams, Skattebo began discussing the proper way to…eat a taco. And I know what you’re thinking: What do you mean, the proper way to eat a taco? In the Uber on the way home from the bar. Is there any other way?
But Skattebo wants to know whether you turn your head when you eat the taco, or whether you go straight on. (And I’m now realizing that maybe he wasn’t talking about the kind of taco you get from Taco Bell…)
“Do you, like, turn your head to eat a taco, or do you turn the taco for you? Like are you dominant to the taco or do you turn your head for the taco?
It’s about the dominance of the taco. If you’re turning the taco, you’re dominating the taco.”
Yeah, maybe he does have CTE already…
But now that he mentions it, I’ve never really thought about my dominance over a taco.
As the internet debates the important question posed by the rookie, it seems most people agree that they allow themselves to be dominated by the taco as they turn their head. And I think that’s the correct answer. You’ve gotta turn your head when you eat it, otherwise everything is going to fall out (or you’re taking a bite out of the middle of the taco like a psycho instead of eating it from the end).
The question is even dominating NFL locker rooms, with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers weighing in on the debate and seemingly all agreeing that you’ve gotta turn your head when you eat the taco.

For the record, Taco Bell already settled the debate a long time ago, with their “Taco Neck” commercial from way back in 1997.
But I’m glad we have Skattebo out here asking the important questions about the universe.
