With football season here, I have to entertain myself with combining the fall sport with my love of country music. So I did some research and took to Instagram to ask some of my favorite country artists who they’re rooting for this season (and every season).

Lainey Wilson – Steelers
Lainey is dating Devil Hodges AKA Duck who is the former Steeler NFL quarterback. She says that they’ll always be Steelers fans in their house.
Charles Wesley Godwin – Steelers
While he may be known for his love of West Virginia College football, he also shows his love of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Kenny Chesney – Steelers
Kenny really is only associated with University of Tennessee Football for me.
Justin Moore – Pittsburgh Steelers
Colby Acuff – Green Bay Packers
Probably the biggest Packers fan in country music.
JD Clayton – Green Bay Packers
What are the odds Arkansas gets a NFL team?
Now given the Texas Country Music scene there is quite the list of Dallas, Cowboys fans.
Koe Wetzel – Dallas Cowboys
You’d really expect nothing less.
