A new album coming from country music’s wild child.
Gavin Adcock announced today that he is gearing up to drop his sophomore album, Actin’ Up Again.
Actin’ Up Again is slated for an August 2nd release. To accompany the album’s announcement, he will release a new single, “Sweetheart,” this Friday – and last night, the former Georgia Southern Football player kicked off his CMA Fest week by playing to a packed crowd at Nashville’s Barstool Nashville.
“New album ‘Actin’ Up Again’ dropping August 2nd “Sweetheart” Out this Friday!! Wrote all 16 of these songs to be let out as singles but figured we’d give ’em to you all at once.”
Adcock has taken off over the last year, with songs like “A Cigarette” having over 50 million streams. Beyond knowing how to lay down a song that fans can relate to, Adcock also knows how to put on a show for his fans. He is well known for shedding some layers the longer he stays on stage, and his rowdy personality and fan base lead to live shows that are up there with Treaty Oak Revival.
