The “Deeper Well” singer might be filling her life with people and activities that bring her peace, but that doesn’t stop her from making a lighthearted dig at herself based on a hate comment.
In 2019, a social media user replied to one of Musgraves’ Tweets, taking a personal shot at her for her personality. It is a bold move on this user’s part, given that no one truly knows an artist beyond their music.

Musgraves replied to the Tweet, giving a hilariously short and sweet response.

That tweet alone blew up, warranting nearly 30k retweets. When the Tweet was having its moment, Musgraves made merch out of it, and yesterday, she resurfaced the shirt, sharing an image of her sporting the hate comment, reminding fans to stay “self-aware.”
