“You Heard It From A Fan” – Packers CB Jaire Alexander Crashed Live Report Outside Lambeau Field… & She Had No Idea Who He Was

I have to admit, if you would’ve told me the Green Bay Packers would be a playoff team after the first few games of the season, I would’ve thought you needed a mental evaluation.

However, the cheese heads completely turned it around in the second half of the season, going a combined 7-3 in the months of November and December, much in part to the improved play of quarterback Jordan Love and the rest of the offense.

Now, the 9-8 Packers will face off against the 12-5 Dallas Cowboys in the NFL Wild Card Round this upcoming Sunday.

So, as you can imagine, the vibes are pretty good in Green Bay, Wisconsin right now, and Sunday’s game is shaping up to be a great one at AT&T Stadium. But, there may not be a player on the Packers’ roster who is more excited than cornerback Jaire Alexander.

Of course, Jaire is fresh off a suspension for running into the coin toss, even though he is not a team captain, and then he followed it up with just an incredible interview. Seriously, this guy is on his own planet, and I’m kind of here for it. He’s a… character. Let’s just say… character.

He was so excited after the Packers clinched a playoff spot, he was sure to send a message to all of the fans who were tuning into Action 2 News today. While a reporter was live on air, Alexander jumped in front of the camera, threw his shades on, and said into the camera:

“I’m just here to tell you Pack is back, OOO!”

However, the reporter had absolutely no clue who Alexander was, and said after he walked away:

“You heard it from a fan right here, Pack is back.”

Of course, she’s in the middle of her job, surprised and flustered by some dude crashing her on-air report, so I’m not sure she took the time to look him in the eye and recognize him. But nevertheless, it was still a hilarious moment.

Check it out:

She later added that she would love to talk to Jaire again, perhaps without the sneak attack:
