Last year, Kelly Clarkson and her husband of nine years and manager, Brandon Blackstock, announced that they were getting a divorce.

With that being said, we’re now learning that Blackstock is owing Clarkson millions of dollars after overcharging her as her manager.

According to TMZ, a California labor commissioner ruled that Blackstock overcharged Clarkson by seven figures while managing her.

Legal documents state that Blackstock overcharged Clarkson while booking gigs on The Voice, Norwegian Cruise Line, Wayfair and also as the host of the Billboard Music Awards.

He reportedly owes Clarkson up to $2,641,374, and he’s planning to appeal the decision.

The outlet states that Blackstock made $1.98 million in commission while Clarkson was on The Voice, but only received $93.30 after she hosted the BMAs.

Clarkson also wanted to collect the money Blackstock made from her talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, but the labor commissioner ruled against that decision.

Needless to say, if Blackstock ends up having to pay the $2,641,374, that’s gonna be a major hit to the ol’ bank account.

The two share a nine-year-old daughter, River Rose, and a seven-year-old son, Remington “Remy” Alexander, and finalized their divorce earlier this year after a brutal legal battle.

A settlement between the two resulted in Clarkson forking out a $1.3 million (tax free) one-time payment to her ex, along with a monthly child support payment of $45,601 for their two kids, River Rose and Remington Alexander, which began on February 1st according to The Blast.

The two agreed on joint custody of their kids, although River and Remington will live with Clarkson in her Los Angeles home.

In addition, the two kids will have to be vaccinated as they’ll be traveling out of state to visit their father on the former couple’s Montana ranch, which is where Blackstock will be living for the time being.

Clarkson got both of their Montana properties, but Blackstock was ordered to pay $12,500 a month while he stayed there.

The singer was also ordered to pay her ex-husband $115,000 in spousal support per month until January 31, 2024, and the $45,000 for the kids will last until they’re 18 years old.

Court documents also note that she will get the family pets, multiple cars including a Ford Bronco, F-250, and a Porsche Cayenne, along with a flight simulator, and “all guns acquired prior and during the marriage.”

Keep the guns… atta girl Kelly.

Blackstock was given the former couple’s farm cattle, livestock, stock dogs, and horses, as well as their Ford F-350, a Ford F-250, an ATV, and several CAT snowmobiles.

He will also get the golf simulator, and a couple of Patek Philippe watches.

So…. to add it all up, Brandon Blackstock, is looking at about $5 million bucks by the end of 2023…. just from being married to Kelly, and then a cool $45,ooo every month until his kids are 18.

Well, minus the $2.6 million he’s now been ordered to repay.
