He better leave them Broadway girls alone.

For months now, it’s been rumored that Morgan Wallen would be the next artist to add his name in neon outside of a bar in downtown Music City.

And now, the Nashville Business Journal has reported on one of the worst-kept secrets in Nashville, with sources confirming that the country superstar is opening his own bar just off Broadway in Nashville.

According to the report (and rumors that have been going around Nashville), the bar will be located at 107 Fourth Avenue N., just behind Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and beside the historic Ryman Auditorium.

The space, which is currently a parking lot but has recently been under construction, was bought by TC Restaurant Group in 2022 for $10 million.

Plans for the space that were filed with the Metro Planning Department include a six-story building with live music and of course a rooftop bar, along with a gift shop and multiple bars.

TC Restaurant Group currently operates several artist-themed bars on Broadway, including Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge, and Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa.

Neither the restaurant group nor Wallen confirmed the report, and so far it doesn’t look like any trademarks have been filed for the new bar.

Of course it only makes sense that Wallen would partner with TC Restaurant Group for his bar, given his close relationship with other artists that they’re affiliated with. And the rumors have been going around Nashville for nearly a year, with users taking to TikTok to report on the progress of the construction:

@nashville_stacy Probably should get in line right now 😂 #morganwallen #morganwallenmusic #morganwallenconcert #nashville #nashvillebars #nashvillebroadway #thingstodoinnashville #nashvilletn ♬ whiskey glasses twinsick edit – TWINSICK

And given that Morgan’s known to hang out on Broadway himself, it’s no surprise that he wants his own bar to visit when he heads downtown.

Maybe he can stay out of trouble at this one – as long as he leaves them Broadway girls alone.
