Charles Wesley Godwin fans… this is about to be unreal.

Just announced Godwin is releasing a short documentary-style film discussing his sold-out show at Stage AE in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.

The best part about this announcement? The extremely short turnaround from statement to enjoyment.

“On Wednesday, July 26, we’re releasing a short documentary about this past February’s sold-out show at Stage AE!

Directed by our friend Robert Tinnell, the doc features six live performances, as well as behind-the-scenes footage and exclusive interviews.

Might even include a live version of a soon-to-be-released song…”

AND NEW MUSIC?

I am sure the new track will be from his upcoming album Family Ties, which is slated to come out at some point this year. Could it be “Christian Name,” which he teased on Instagram in June?

Aside from the fact that we will get some quality Godwin live performances, I look forward to hearing him speak about the meaning of this sell-out venue and his recent time spent in the limelight.

The preview makes this look badass.
