Everyone loves Robert De Niro, and apparently one singular person loves him enough to…well, you know.
The 79-year-old actor prominently known for his roles in Goodfellas, The Godfather II, and Meet the Parents is still a working actor, and broke the news about welcoming his seventh child during a media tour for his upcoming film About My Father.
Funny enough, while promoting his film about fatherhood, De Niro broke the news to the interviewer that he actually just welcomed another child. He did not reveal who he is welcoming the child with, but he has had six children already from previous relationships.
The news was shocking to many, including the wonderful world of Twitter. Many accounts such as this one below posted the news to the masses, which helped them rake in tens of thousands of likes and retweets.
The news by itself is quite exciting, and though the tweet above itself is enough to act as a conversation starter, a rathe strange quote tweet from a well established restaurant brand bought about a lot of questions.
Chili’s Grill & Bar entered the chat and had this to say about the news:
“He’s coming for you Nick Cannon”
I know that a lot of companies just hire “memers” to run their social media accounts now, and I have nothing to complain about. I’m not sure why Chili’s weighed in on the matter (or if they would have 8 years ago when social accounts were more official), but I’m weirdly glad that they did.
Nick Cannon, by the way, has 12 kids as of right now, so he still has a pretty commanding lead on De Niro if it is, in fact, a contest.
