Ya gotta love to see it.
Animals playing together is always a heartwarming thing. You just love to see them living their best life. Add in the cutest version of any animal in the form of a kitten, and it just gets even better.
Bobcats are about twice the size of a domestic cat with adults weighing between 15 and 30 pounds and measuring up to three feet in length. They have short, reddish-brown coats with black spots and a white underbelly. Their ears are topped with black tufts of fur and they have short, stubby tails.
Bobcats breed from February to March and the female gives birth to a litter of one to six kittens after about two months. The kittens are born blind and helpless and they stay with their mother until they are about eight months old. During this time the mother teaches her young how to hunt and survive in the wild.
Bobcats are common in Arizona, and the state is actually home to one of the largest populations of bobcats in the country. They are extremely skilled hunters, preying on a variety of animals including rodents, rabbits, birds, and reptiles.
Even though they are common, these cats are hard to spot and rarely seen.
These Arizona residents had a treat on this morning as they looked out into their backyard.
A bobcat and its kitten were lounging out in the yard. The pair start to play and it looks like some good ol’ child-parent fun.
The kitten starts playing around with the golf hole in the yard and its mother quickly joins in for some fun. She comes over and the kitten attacks her as the mother rolls onto her side. The pair wrestle a little bit.
That has to be one of the cutest encounters ever.
