If you wanna live like John Dutton for a week or so, now’s your chance…
But it’s certainly gonna cost ya.
Kevin Costner, who plays patriarch John on the hit series Yellowstone, listed his massive, sprawling Aspen mansion for rent, starting at a whopping $36,000 a NIGHT.
Yep, it’s not gonna be cheap to stay at his 160-acre estate, but according to The New York Post, it just went on the market for rent last week.
And of course, it has all the bells and whistles you could possibly imagine, consisting of 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms at nearly 6,000 square feet for the main home alone.
The family refers to it as the “Dunbar Ranch,” and it’s located just minutes from downtown Aspen, Colorado.
And you’re not gonna have to lift a finger to stay there, as they have a 24/7 staff on site, a baseball field, sledding hill, three hot tubs and the ability to sleep up to 27 people comfortably, in addition to a river house and village house.
Also according to The Post, Costner last listed the property in 2021, and usually puts it up for rent in the Winter months as people come into town to ski and enjoy all the winter sports Aspen has to offer.
He purchased the land and property in 2000, and built everything that you see how it is today. And if you wanna book your stay and have a large stash of cash laying around to do so, Amy Mottier with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse holds the listing.
