Gabe Lee is hittin’ the road.

He just announced a run of new spring tour dates, in addition to releasing a brand new music video for his song “Buffalo Road,” from his fantastic 2022 The Hometown Kid album.

For his first official music video, Gabe says he wanted to show the parts of being an artist you don’t usually get to see, as he seeks out “opportunity and redemption” through his songs and putting pen to paper:

“At any stage in life, folks generally have a place they retreat to when looking for answers, freedom, or just to get away.

This is what the ‘Buffalo Road’ symbolizes, inspired by a field far west of Nashville my friends and I used to drive out to as young’ns to become disconnected with the world, and therefore closer as a group.

My first official music video, shot by our keen-eyed videographer Adam Dobkin (producer and owner of the Treehouse Sessions), the camera dreamily sits in with an artist, down on his luck, seeking opportunity and redemption.

Thus mirroring the three part motif of the ‘Buffalo Road’ track: brokenness, fortitude, and finally discovery.”

It’s very well-shot and well done, so make sure you check it out:

And he’s covering quite a bit of ground out on the road starting in March in Indiana, with more dates to be announced, so take a look at the stops and make sure you catch a show if he’s rolling through your town this year.

King Margo will open most of the shows on this run:
