Garth Brooks Hilariously Says He Wants To Play A Movie Bad Guy In 1989 Interview: “I’d Rather Kill Somebody… That’d Be Fun”

WHERE ARE THE BODIES, GARTH?

Old video footage of Garth Brooks are few and far between, but after doing a little digging, I found this hidden gem of the famed country singer from way back in 1989, sitting down in for an interview.

Only 27-years-old at the time, Brooks was fresh off his hit single “If Tomorrow Never Comes,” which followed “Much Too Young.”

Now, I’ll be the first to admit, hearing Garth now and then, either I’m crazy, or the guy is faking a southern accent hella bad. Why does he sounds like he’s been put under the spell, like he’s in a weird psychopathic trance?

Anyways, he quietly and awkwardly answers every question given to him, which is pretty odd considering he’s known for getting the crowd fired up at his concerts.

Midway through the interview, the host tells him he looks like a “Tom Mix type character,” from black-and-white movies back in the days.

When asked if he would ever take part in a movie, he responded:

“Yeah I told them if they ever need somebody to be a bad guy, I’d be the bad guy.”

The hosts then tell him you don’t want to be a bad guy, you want to be a good guy. That’s when he creepily responded:

“I’d rather kill somebody. That’d be fun.”

Is this further proof that Garth might be a serial killer? Could it be..

THE FAMILIES NEED CLOSURE..

I mean, I’m not gonna lie, the man is giving off serious serial killer vibes in this whole video…

Why People Keep Asking Garth Brooks Where He’s Hiding The Bodies

You may have noticed recently that many of Garth Brooks’ social media posts, especially on Instagram, are littered with comments asking him a rather peculiar question:

“Where are the bodies Garth?”

Just a quick Twitter search and you’ll find hundreds and hundreds of comments like this:

It all started back in October when Garth announced his Stadium Tour, the one that he wanted to call The Big-Ass Stadium Tour. He announced the Big-Ass Stadium Tour with that bizarre-ass video about “getting physical playing music” and how much he “likes that.”

If you don’t remember, here’s a refresher…

Oh, and you’re welcome… this video will bring you hours and hours of enjoyment.

That video prompted this reaction from Tom and Christina:

They talked about it more in-depth on an episode of their “Your Mom’s House Podcast,” with Tom coming to the conclusion that Garth has to be a serial killer with bodies buried all over his yard… and then the rest was history.

Garth Brooks, the great and powerful Garth Brooks, Country Music Hall of Famer, one of the greatest live acts in country music history, selling out professional football stadium after professional football stadium, had his entire comment section on Instagram and Twitter hijacked by the rabid following of two hilarious comedians… and I absolutely LOVE it.

The best part? I’m still not even sure if Garth and his team understand what is going because they don’t delete any of the comments.

Here’s the clip that started it all.
