Appalachian State Football Salute To Military & First Responders With Bad*ss Uniform Reveal

App State College Football

‘NEERS BY 90 THIS WEEKEND.

Appalachian State University football is known for having a fantastic video team and unique uniform reveals each week, but this week’s video reveal is extra special.

With Veterans Day today and the school celebrating heroes weekend at the game in Boone on Saturday, instead of the usual reveals where they feature a different player wearing that week’s uniform in some stunning setting in the mountains of North Carolina, they’re honoring local heroes and military veterans by showing them suiting up for work.

You see firefighters, police officers, nurses, and military members putting on the uniform they wear day in and day out as they protect and serve all of us so selflessly in so many different ways.

As a proud alumni myself, I think it’s safe to say that there ain’t no way we’re gonna lose now (just in case you’re the betting type).

Not to mention South Alabama is currently sitting at 2-4 and tied for last in the Sun Belt West division. My Mountaineers are sitting at first in the Sun Belt East with a record of 4-1 going into the game.

Those sleek, sexy, matte black helmets will feature their signature block A with an American flag pattern, along with black pants, gold jerseys and black cleats.

And on this Veterans Day, a special thank you to all of our active-duty, reserve and retired military members who have willingly put their own lives on the line to protect our freedoms and everything we all love so much, like college football and living in the greatest country in the world.

CHILLS:

“They wear their uniforms so we can wear ours.”

A closer look at the uniforms:

I mean, come on, y’all… these epic uniforms in one of the premiere settings in all of college football. It simply does not get any better than that:
