On this week’s episode of The Justin Moore Podcast, Justin revealed that he has another brand new album on the way:
“It’s basically – I don’t know what it’s going to be called or anything like that, the album – but it’s basically the third installment of Late Nights and Longnecks.
I’ve talked about that in the past, that we had so many songs when we wrote that album that we love, we just didn’t wanna leave them behind.”
Justin said that the new album will be in the same vein as his prior two, and that he expects it to drop sometime around the end of the year or early next year.
But we won’t have to wait to get the first taste of new music from JM: He also revealed that he’s dropping a single from the upcoming album soon, which he believes will come “sometime in September.”
Justin didn’t reveal much about the new album, but his tour manager and podcast host JR the Handler did reveal that Justin has a song called “Late Nights and Longnecks” that he still hasn’t dropped. And Justin also teased the new album will feature “a really cool duet” that I’m definitely curious about now.
The bad news is that it sounds like we won’t be getting any more singles from Straight Outta the Country (I would have loved to hear “You Keep Getting Me Drunk” on the radio), but his current single from the album “We Didn’t Have Much” is close to reaching the top of the charts.
And let’s be honest, I’m never going to complain about new music from Justin Moore.
If you want to listen to the full episode of The Justin Moore Podcast, the new album is discussed about an hour into the episode.
