What a jam.
Off the top of my head, I can’t think of an album I’m more excited for this year than Midland’s upcoming sophomore project. Every song they’ve released so far has been absolute fire, starting with the lead single “Mr. Lonely,” all the way to this new one “Cheatin’ Songs.” The slide guitar, the harmonies, the songwriting… Midland has tapped into something that country music has desperately been missing.
Their upcoming studio album, Let It Roll, is set to drop on August 23rd. Mark your calendars.
