A lot has changed since the last time we got new music from Justin Moore.
The “Small Town USA” singer dropped his last album, This Is My Dirt, back in 2024. When we last heard from Justin, eggs were $4 a dozen, Ozzy Osbourne and Dolly Parton were still with us, and Joe Biden was still president, at least we were told he was.
But Justin’s also been through some big changes in his own life since then too. Back in June, he announced that he was stepping away from the road to focus on his health, later revealing that he spent 30 days in rehab following a battle with alcohol.
Since then, Justin’s been back on stage and better than ever, and now he’s back with new music and ready to start a new chapter.
But as Justin realizes in his new song, moving on isn’t always as easy as we want it to be.
“Missing You Night” is a country heartbreaker that perfectly captures the familiar feeling of thinking that you’ve moved on, only for the memories to come flooding back:

The song was co-written by Justin along with frequent collaborator Jeremy Stover, Mark Holman and Josh Phillips, and has all the sounds of becoming his 15th #1 single at country radio as Justin stays true to his authentic country sound.
It’s obviously great to have new music from Justin, but it’s even better to know that he’s entering this new chapter sober and healthier than ever. I can’t wait to see what we get from him now that he’s the best version of himself.
