Buckle up.

Morgan Wallen has been dropping hints that a 2026 tour is going to be announced soon, and this morning, his earlier this week his fan club account on Instagram shared a cryptic new video that some sort of announcement is coming soon.

Morgan shared that to his own Instagram stories, and the video was pretty bare, and the only text reads:

“System loading.”

And it also features lines of red dashes, which as it turns out is Morse code for “Still The Problem.”

The website stilltheproblem.com contains a countdown to tomorrow, October 30 at 8 AM central time, and a link at the bottom of the page directs to tour promoter AEG, seemingly confirming that it’s something to do with a tour. And ahead of the announcement, several stadiums appear to be teasing stops from the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year.

Several venues across the country have posted a similar football, which contains Morgan’s recognizable “Norris bear” logo, along with the initials “MW.”

For example, here’s the one posted by Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

So far, the stadiums (or athletic departments) that have posted teasers include:

  • Acrisure Stadium (Pittsburgh Steelers) – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
  • M&T Bank Stadium (Baltimore Ravens) – Baltimore, Maryland
  • Soldier Field (Chicago Bears) – Chicago, Illinois
  • Mile High Stadium (Denver Broncos) – Denver, Colorado
  • Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia Eagles) – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
  • US Bank Stadium (Minnesota Vikings) – Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas Raiders) – Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Lucas Oil Stadium (Indianapolis Colts) – Indianapolis, Indiana
  • Michigan Stadium (University of Michigan) – Ann Arbor, Michigan
  • Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (University of Florida) – Gainesville, Florida

There may be more that I’ve missed, and there are also unconfirmed reports of shows at Clemson University’s Memorial Stadium and the University of Alabama’s Bryant-Denny Stadium (both of which may or may not be announced tomorrow), but so far those are the ones that I’ve seen posted. And with Morgan playing two nights in each city on his past couple of tours, that would be 20 shows on his 2026 tour, which is about what he did in 2025.

Of course the stop at the University of Michigan is the one that immediately caught my eye. Zach Bryan recently set the record for the largest-attended ticketed concert in the United States with his stop at Michigan Stadium, so you’ve gotta wonder if Morgan will be able to break that record with his show.

Morgan wrapped up his I’m The Problem tour in September, which was of course named for his his monster 37-song album also released this year. He played at stadiums all over the country, and several in Canada, and I’m sure whatever venues are on this list will be just as big and exciting.

He has stayed busy while out on the road too, releasing a couple new music videos over the last month or so for “I Got Better,” as well as his current single “20 Cigarettes.”

Additionally, he released his cover of Nothing But Thieves’ song “Graveyard Whistling” on streaming platforms everywhere, as it was previously only available as an Amazon Music exclusive.

The name of the tour could also hint at the possibility of a deluxe album to accompany his 2025 release I’m The Problem. Of course the album already had 36 songs, so I’m not sure how much more he could fit on there, but that’s a conversation for another day.

Either way, I’d expect a tour announcement tomorrow morning containing at least those 10 cities that have posted teasers so far. And if you don’t see your city on the list, maybe it’s just the beginning. We’ll find out tomorrow.

Morgan Wallen Breaks Willie Nelson’s Record On ‘Billboard’ Chart

Surrounded by legends.

If there’s one thing that we’ve learned over the past four years of Morgan Wallen’s continued dominance in the genre, it’s the simple fact that he’s going to continue smashing records with each subsequent release. While Dangerous: The Double Album and One Thing At A Time certainly brought in their fair share of accolades, it’s more than apparent that I’m The Problem has set the “Last Night” singer on a path that will ultimately cement him in the history books.

Upon its release, I’m The Problem broke Wallen’s previously set record of most songs charted on the Billboard Hot 100 in a single week (37). Additionally, he became the first artist ever to spend at least 10 weeks atop the all-genre Billboard’s 200 chart with three consecutive albums and even skyrocketed all the way up to eight-most weeks spent on the chart by any artist in its history. Recently, he also became the first solo act in history to score multiple 20-week #1 hits on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart with “What I Want” featuring Tate McRae.

Back on October 17th, Wallen would finally release his cover of Nothing But Thieves’ “Graveyard Whistling” to all streaming platforms, marking the second single released after I’m The Problem following the Rick Ross and Lil Wayne remix of the highly controversial “Miami.”

Today, it debuted on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart at #11 and put Wallen in elite company.

“Graveyard Whistling” marks the Tennessee native’s 117th career entry on the chart. With this, Wallen has now scored the fourth-most entries in the history of the Hot Country Songs chart, passing the legendary Willie Nelson, who charted 116 throughout his career with country staples such as “Always On My Mind,” “On The Road Again,” “Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain” and countless more.

Now, Wallen is fourth only to the likes of George Jones (155), George Strait (124) and Johnny Cash (121).

Diving deeper into Wallen’s incredible success on the chart, he is one of only nine artists in history who have totaled 100+ career entries on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, joining the likes of Merle Haggard, Dolly Parton, Taylor Swift and more.

  1. George Jones (155)
  2. George Strait (124)
  3. Johnny Cash (121)
  4. Morgan Wallen (117)
  5. Willie Nelson (116)
  6. Dolly Parton (110)
  7. Taylor Swift (108)
  8. Reba (106)
  9. Merle Haggard (101)

One thing that’s bound to jump out at you upon reading the list is just how young Wallen truly is compared to the rest of the artists present. Though it’s pretty clear that every artist here, outside of Swift, was not able to rely on the streaming era and the normalization of massive, 20-30 song albums during their career, it’s nothing short of incredible how quickly the 32-year-old singer has risen through the ranks. In fact, it only took him seven years to reach this milestone, given that “Whiskey Glasses” marked his first entry on the chart seven years ago this Monday, October 27.

Given the fact that Wallen has stuck to the 30+ song format on each of his last three album drops, there’s a very high likelihood that he passes Jones within the next two to three years to become the country artist with the most career entries on the chart, since he only needs 38 more entries to tie him. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s averaging around 16.7 songs per year on the chart since “Whiskey Glasses'” debut in October 2018.

As always, you can love or hate Wallen, his musical output and his off-stage shenanigans. However, you can never deny the sheer staying power and success he’s experienced over the course of the decade. It’s likely we’ll never see another artist with such an undeniable chokehold over the genre and its charts quite the way Wallen has.
