Zach Bryan is headed back to Marshall University.
ZB is adding another stadium show to his roster for the summer, and according to him, it’s the last announcement of the year. He will return to Huntington, West Virginia, for a show at Marshall’s Joan C. Edwards Stadium.
Today, the University announced the show, which will be held on August 30th with Petey USA as the supporting act.
“Marshall Athletics and Grammy Award-winning country artist Zach Bryan jointly announced on Tuesday that Bryan will headline a concert at Joan C. Edwards Stadium on Aug. 30.”

Last year, during football season, ZB made an appearance at the Joan when his bandmate and background vocalists, Elijah Gastelum, performed the national anthem at the Herd’s homecoming game against Appalachian State.
The University teased that a “special guest” would be at the game, using ZB’s “American Nights” as the teaser song. Well, it turns out they weren’t just fans of the song; ZB would be there himself.

ZB spent an off day during his busy Quittin’ Time Tour to support his friend and bandmate.
But Elijah Gastelum is not the only connection that ZB has to Marshall University, and the area of Virginia that The Herd calls home. His manager, Jay-Michael Cisco, is from nearby Kenova, West Virginia.
This show at Marshall University will be quite the homecoming show for those members of his camp. Given the Southern hospitality found in West Virginia, it’s certain that fans will be more than happy to welcome the “Oklahoma Smokeshow” singer to their town.
Pre-sale for Marshall University students begins on Wednesday, March 26th, at 6 PM Eastern Time. General on-sale starts on Friday, March 28th at 10 AM ET.
