Does anyone have a greater zest for life than Jason Kelce? The legendary Philadelphia Eagles center may be retired, but he’s keeping plenty busy and having a lot of fun in the name of bringing joy to others away from the grueling gridiron.

Kelce spearheaded a Beer Bowl drinking tournament, the proceeds of which go toward the Eagles Autism Foundation, per an official news release from the team. If you can combine philanthropy with felonious amounts of alcohol, there aren’t many bigger win-win scenarios. And of course, Kelce made sure to do it big and do it all the way as he’s wont to do. That was an interestingly-constructed sentence.

Since he had hosting duties to attend to, it looks as though Kelce was a spectator for most of the tourney. However, you knew a gentleman and a scholar who can slam beers with the best of them wasn’t going to let the occasion pass without getting in on the action.

Flip cup was one of the drinking games of choice, along with beer ball depicted above.

If you know what the deal is with this drinking and hammering nails into a tree trunk, please tell me. Because I really don’t know what to make of it.

I guess the object would be to hit the nail all the way in straight-on without making it crooked? Can’t say for certain. Anyway, a team called Santa’s Revenge emerged as the victors in the end — complete with a “Golden Baby” trophy as the prize.

One of the cooler things to happen at this event was outside of the competition. A team called the Tush Pushers who wore rubber rears outside their clothes got their mock buttocks autographed by Kelce.

Nice homage to the Eagles’ signature play, which Kelce was the catalyst for. A lot of teams across the NFL tried to do Philly’s patented quarterback sneak and failed to replicate its near 100% success rate. The unique combination of Kelce’s skill set — namely his unique athleticism and ability to get leverage — and the fact that Eagles QB Jalen Hurts does leg day like Atlas did made the Tush Push an unstoppable force against almost any defense.

As a little aside from the post-Beer Bowl scene, here are some very grown men chugging booze out of a baby bottle.

Does your depravity know no bounds, gentlemen!? I kid, I kid. Awesome to see Kelce do something like this. Congratulations to Santa’s Revenge.
