Two months away.
All things considered, 2026 has been pretty great for Zach Bryan. Shortly after marrying Samantha Sebastian on New Year’s Eve, he’d drop his long-awaited sixth studio album, With Heaven On Top, along with a full-length acoustic version of the record. Delivering another stellar effort, it would debut #1 on the all-genre Billboard 200, selling 130,00 units in its first week and charting 18/25 songs on the Billboard Hot 100.
Since then, he’s been hitting the road hard on his current international run of shows, With Heaven On Tour. Kicking off back in March, the “Something in the Orange” singer has already played sold-out shows at Bank of America Stadium, Raymond James Stadium, Memorial Stadium and more here in the U.S. He’s also hit the likes of the U.K., Spain, Germany, Denmark, Ireland and the Netherlands across the pond, selling out there as well.
Though he’s been on tour internationally for the majority of the year, Bryan took most of July off. In typical fashion, however, he was far from off the grid. Returning to social media after being deactivated on most accounts, he went back to the basics on the 4th of July weekend, taking to YouTube on July 3rd to tease “Lodi When” once again. Additionally, he’d post a full-length teaser of a brand-new track, “Better Friends.” In the caption of both of these videos, which have since been deleted, the Oklahoma native revealed that he has a new EP on the way with an incredibly interesting, for lack of a better word, name called Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs:

Since announcing the EP, we still haven’t gotten word on an official release date. With that being said, however, we now have a ballpark for when it’s finally coming.
During his show at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah, over the weekend, the Oklahoma native would tell the crowd that the EP is confirmed to come out in October. Though we couldn’t find a video of him saying this online, multiple fans on both Reddit, Instagram and TikTok who attended the show have all confirmed that he did, in fact, say this before performing “Lodi When.”
As for when the EP will be released, it seems likely that it will come out on Friday, October 1oth, given the fact that With Heaven On Tour wraps up at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Alabama that day. Of course, this is all speculation at this point, but the date makes too much sense at this point.
As for what to expect on the EP, it’s already been confirmed that “Lodi When” and “Walk Backwards” will be included on the project. Additionally, here are a few more tracks that may find their way by October.

1. “Lodi When”
Given the fact that Bryan began teasing “Lodi When” back in the spring, it always felt as if it was primed to be a full-fledged release. Over the months, it’s been a pretty big hit among fans on TikTok, racking up hundreds of thousands of likes on different reuploaded videos.
Overall, it’s not very surprising how much it connected to fans, given the fact that it feels like a classic track from the “Say Why” singer. Complete with a heavy dose of harmonica (and some stellar harmonies on an older version), it finds him reminiscing on a lost love out in Lodi, California.

Though the aforementioned YouTube video was deleted, it has been confirmed that “Lodi When” will appear on the EP during multiple shows over the past month.
2. “Better Friends”
Just like “Lodi When,” “Better Friends” is another song that was confirmed to appear on Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs. Unlike “Lodi When,” however, the now-deleted YouTube video was the first time we got a glimpse of the track.
In what looks to be one of his most personal reflections to date, here, Bryan touches on feelings of isolation and disconnection from the world around him, pondering whether having better friends would make him feel less alone.

3. “You’ll Get By”
If you haven’t been keeping up with Bryan’s setlists lately, “You’ll Get By” has become quite a regular, especially during his recent trip across the pond in Europe. After teasing a studio version of the track, the Oklahoma native has performed it a staggering 11 times already on tour.
For all intents and purposes, this looks to be Bryan’s next big hit. Of course, this is mainly thanks to the immense amount of buzz it’s already gotten on TikTok, with the most popular video of the song getting a hefty 684,300 views, 125,300 likes and an additional 1,700 posts using the sound clip.

4. “Breakfast in Bed”
Though “Breakfast in Bed” came before the announcement back on July 3rd, it’s likely to finds its way on the EP simply due to the fact that it was removed from Bryan’s YouTube channel along with “Lodi When” and “Better Friends.”
Here, the “Santa Fe” singer reflects on how his own bad habits hold him back, and even though he knows it, he can’t seem to make the changes he knows he needs:

5. “Pocket Change”
Unlike the first four tracks, which seem like all but guaranteed at this point, “Pocket Change” ultimately feels like a 50-50 shot at this point. If you recall, Bryan took to YouTube just five days after the release of With Heaven On Top back in January to upload an acoustic version of this song.
Though it’s another quality write from the 30-year-old singer/songwriter, with Bryan reflecting on a love lost due to his stubbornness, the fact that it’s still up on his YouTube channel may point to it remaining off the EP.
