When NASCAR comes to Nashville at the end of May for the Cracker Barrel 400, it sounds like Chief’s will be the place to be for racing fans.

Nashville Superspeedway will be the site for three straight days of racing May 29 through the 31. And on May 29, the NASCAR team that Michael Jordan co-owns (Denny Hamlin is also a co-owner), 23XI, will be hosting a fan event to help kick off the weekend’s festivities. The fan fest will be located at Chief’s on Broadway – the bar that belongs to Eric Church.

Considering the country music star and Michale Jordan are friends, the connection makes sense.

23XI will also use the fan fest to kick off a new partnership with Field & Stream – the brand that Eric Church and Morgan Wallen helped revive. Again, that pairing isn’t surprising at all. Jordan and Church have likely been talking about this team up for quite some time, and Steve Lauletta, the 23XI team president, said in a press release that he’s thrilled to bring Field & Stream on board:

“We’re honored to welcome a heritage brand like Field & Stream to 23XI. Through this partnership, fans will have the opportunity to step into the outdoors with Corey, thanks to Field & Stream’s best-in-class outdoor-lifestyle media platform, which will showcase unique stories and locations beyond the racetrack. We look forward to kicking things off in Nashville and collaborating with even more partners there for another great race weekend.”

As for what fans can expect at Chief’s during the race weekend in Music City, it sounds like they’ll be able to hear a lot from the drivers of the 23XI team.

Tyler Reddick, Bubba Wallace and Riley Herbst will all be taking the stage at the Neon Steeple (the venue within Chief’s) to be interviewed during SiriusXM’s Music Row Happy Hour. It’ll feel like a race weekend inside the Broadway bar, and there will even be an exclusive party on the Dueling Piano Bar level of Chief’s:

“The partnership kicks off on Friday during the Nashville race weekend with a takeover at Chief’s featuring driver appearances, giveaways, and the excitement only a trip to Broadway can bring. Throughout Chief’s, 23XI and select partner branding will be on full display as the thrill of the racetrack comes downtown for visitors to Nashville and fans alike. Field & Stream, which has a regular presence at Chief’s, will also co-host an invite-only party in the Friendly Shadows Dueling Piano Bar, welcoming fellow 23XI partners to Music City.”

All in all, it should be a fantastic weekend in Nashville for NASCAR fans, and Michael Jordan’s 23XI team and Eric Church’s bar Chief’s are doing all they can to build up the last weekend of May even more. May 29 will mark the Craftsman Truck Series Flote 200, and May 30, the O’Reilly Series Sports Illustrated 250 will take over the Nashville Superspeedway.

The final race will be the NASCAR Cup Series Cracker Barrel 400, and Michael Jordan, Denny Hamlin and the drivers of 23XI will be looking to continue their success this season and visit victory lane for that one.
