“Welcome To Texas”: ‘Yellowstone’ Spinoff, ‘Dutton Ranch,’ Confirms Premiere Date With Explosive Teaser Trailer

Ripe and Beth Durttron RANCH

We’ve finally got a premiere date – and a trailer – for the highly anticipated Yellowstone spinoff.

Cole Hauser and Kelly Reilly are reprising their roles as Rip Wheeler and Beth Dutton in the sequel series Dutton Ranch. Yellowstone fans can’t wait to watch the show that’s been described as “Yellowstone Season 6,” and for the longest time, viewers had no idea when the Paramount+ should would be airing.

After all, Dutton Ranch was originally supposed to air in late 2025. It was eventually pushed back to an “Early 2026” release, but even that wasn’t looking promising as the months rolled on. But now, thanks to an update from the official Dutton Ranch social media, we’ve got both the premiere date and a teaser trailer.

We’ve also got a fresh, new synopsis for the series which reads like this:

“Rip Wheeler and Beth Dutton gamble everything on a new life in South Texas, but the promise of building a future far from the ghosts of Yellowstone quickly collides with brutal new realities and a rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire.”

If you are wondering who else will appear in the series other than Reilly’s Beth Dutton and Hauser’s Rip Wheeler, we already know that at least one actor from Yellowstone will be joining The Dutton RanchDeadline reported back in July that Finn Little would be returning to play his character Carter in the series.

As for the rest of the cast, A-list actress Annette Bening will be joining the Yellowstone universe, and she’ll be playing a powerful owner of a major Texas ranch named Beulah Jackson. There will also be the addition of Jai Courtney, an Australian actor (known for his roles in The Suicide Squad and The Terminal List) that will be playing an “unpredictable ranch foreman” whose name is “Rob-Will.”

We’ll get to see all of those characters and more when Dutton Ranch’s first two episodes premiere May 15 on Paramount+.

COME ON WITH IT.

May 15 isn’t exactly “Early 2026,” but at this point, it’s not that far away either. Plus, when you factor in that other Taylor Sheridan shows like Marshals and The Madison have been releasing new episodes as of late (The Madison, which is not a Yellowstone spinoff, is actually out in its entirety), that should help hold fans over for a couple of months or so.

And the teaser trailer looks like Dutton Ranch is going to be a whole lot of fun. The intensity appears to be dialed up to the max, the violence gives big-time Yellowstone vibes, and the performances from Hauser and Reilly could be award worthy. If you haven’t had a chance to watch it just yet, here’s the official teaser trailer for Dutton Ranch.

Dutton Ranch – Official Teaser

Side note: Using the Eminem song “‘Till I Collapse” for the teaser trailer wasn’t expected, but repeatedly using the tracks line’s “Imma rip this s**t” was absolutely art in its purest form. I’ve got a feeling that Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler are going to be “ripping a lot of s**t” in Dutton Ranch.

I really do hope that people saying, “Wow, Cole Hauser’s character just ripped that s**t” catches on.
