Coming back hot.
The lineup history of Buckeye Country Superfest has been an interesting one over the past decade. Since its debut in 2015, the festival has featured a plethora of mainstream giants such as George Strait, Luke Combs, Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Zac Brown Band and more.
In 2024, however, they decided to completely revamp the lineup and focus on the budding independent/alt. country scene, resulting in one of the best festival lineups in recent memory. With Zach Bryan as the headliner, Buckeye Country managed to bring along the likes of Billy Strings, Charles Wesley Godwin, Turnpike Troubadours, Charley Crockett, 49 Winchester and Levi Turner. 2024 was so successful, in fact, that they ended up adding a second night to the previously scheduled one-night event.
With the massive momentum, you’d think this year would be no different; however, that was not the case. Instead of focusing on the alt. country scene, they decided to roll out Jelly Roll and Kane Brown as headliners this summer, along with the likes of Dasha and Conner Smith as support. Though the addition of Treaty Oak Revival and Megan Moroney on the lineup provided a little bit of levity in terms of talent, there was an immense amount of backlash due to the obvious drop in quality between lineups. Needless to say, there was only one night of that lineup.
But it looks like Buckeye Country heard the complaints and decided to course-correct yet again.
Just announced, the 2026 lineup is absolutely STACKED, featuring Tyler Childers, The Red Clay Strays, Lord Huron, Sierra Ferrell, Flatland Cavalry and Kaitlin Butts. Taking place once again at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, as of now, Buckeye Country Superfest 2026 will be held on just one day, Saturday, June 13th.
Similar to 2024, next year’s lineup is one that can only be described as a once-in-a-lifetime concert. The sheer star power of Tyler Childers and Sierra Ferrell in concert alone is worth the price of admission. Throw in the likes of The Red Clay Strays, who are arguably the hottest band in the genre, the dynamic duo that is Flatland Cavalry and Kaitlin Butts and the incredibly eclectic Lord Huron all in one night, and you have an early contender for lineup of the year. It seriously doesn’t get better than this, folks.
Registration for presale is open now, with access beginning next Tuesday, September 9th, at 10 a.m. ET.
VIP Superfest Packages, which include access to the exclusive VIP floor lounge with private for-purchase bar and private air-conditioned restrooms, an expedited entrance lane to the stadium, a custom merchandise package and complimentary access to the Friday pre-party at Newport Music Hall, are on sale now. Additionally, two and four-person VIP hotel packages as well as standard hotel packages are on sale now.
With a lineup this star-studded, you seriously don’t want to miss this one.
