Here for the country music-themed birthday parties.
If you’re throwing your child a country music-themed birthday party, or they’re requesting a theme in honor of their favorite musician, I think it’s a sure sign that you’re raising your kids right.
Over the past year, we have seen numerous viral birthday party themes centered around the musical genre. One of my favorite themes has been Chatta-TWO-chee, which, of course, plays into Alan Jackson’s smash hit “Chattahoochee.” Birthday parties with this theme have featured burgers and grape snow cones, making for the perfect food selection for a group of two-year-olds.

I wish I were two again to have a birthday party like this. And shoutout to the parents who originated this party idea, it’s the perfect play on words.
However, if you have a son or daughter who is older than two and is finding it challenging to find a song with lyrics or a title that suits a theme, let me highlight another party theme that is sure to be a smash hit. I present to you, the Gold Chain Cowboy.
A young boy, who doesn’t look like he’s older than seven, is going viral for his Parker McCollum-themed party. The concept is simple yet genius, especially if you have a little cowboy in the making. His parents hung up gold chain-linked balloons and blew up the cover art of McCollum’s Gold Chain Cowboy for a banner.
The young boy appears to have been gifted a guitar for his birthday, and broke it out to sing a few songs from his hero. With the tag still hanging off the acoustic guitar, the boy strums it and sings the lyrics of “What Kinda Man” into a microphone.
The kid looks happier than a clam performing for his “audience,” and is dedicated to the song despite his friends playing nearby. It appears that this boy is a country music star in the making and will likely be a lifelong fan of Parker McCollum.

Needless to say, TikTok users loved the theme, quickly filling up the comments section.
“Can I have this as my 21st birthday?”
“This is the absolute sweetest! PM is my hero, too.”
“Future star right there!!!”
“Parker Mini-Collum.”
“Can he come sing at my bday?”
“This kid is a legend, good job, mom and dad!”
“Stop it right now! Omg, the cutest little cowboy ever!”
“Sing it, little man!!”
“Bro is going to a country artist one day.”
Someone needs to show this to Mr. McCollum and get this young man to a concert ASAP.
Before you go, check out Parker McCollum bringing Vincent Mason on stage in Dallas, Texas, for a duet of “Handle On You.”
