Starting to get hate from the internet.
Being in the public eye, getting some hate on social media is inevitable. Keyboard warriors are ruthless and will find a way to pick you apart, no matter how big or small a celebrity you are… maybe you’re not even one at all.
Post Malone‘s new girlfriend is getting a crash course in how cruel the internet can be right now.
Malone and his new girlfriend, Christy Lee, have been spotted a few times, from an Idaho dive bar to a fancy date night in Paris at the hot restaurant Beefbar. Although Malone never publicly shared that he and his daughter’s mother split, given that he and Lee have been arm-in-arm publicly, it’s very clear that he’s into this young woman.
However, when you have to follow in the footsteps of Malone’s ex, whom he did nothing but speak highly of and who remained out of the public eye, with very many fans not even knowing her identity, you’re going to face some hate. Based on a recent post, some of Malone’s fans are beginning to wonder if Christy Lee is with him for the right reasons.
According to TMZ, Christy Lee’s LinkedIn profile shows she is a Parsons School of Design student who interned with celebrity stylist Kristina Askerova and worked with celebrities like Bella Thorne, Brooks Nader, and Charlotte McKinney. Because of her background, some fans are worried she might be using her relationship with Malone for personal gain.
While many paparazzi videos of the two have not been filled with this commentary, a social media user tore the young woman apart in a recent viral video of the couple shopping in Paris.
In the video, the two are walking arm in arm, very similar to many of their other spotting together:

But quickly, the comments filled up with notes that it appears she’s “too comfortable” in front of the camera. The internet also hated her for the way she was walking (which seems like a reach, given she’s in heels, but that’s just my two cents).
“Why is she walking like that?”
“How I walked in 7th grade when the pad wing got stuck to my left thigh.”
“Don’t like her energy and I’m always right about these things.”
“She is LOVING this attention.”
“I like his ex-fiancée, Jamie Park. She was private.”
“I don’t love her vibe.”
“I don’t know if this is jealousy talking, but his new girl gives me awful vibes.”
“Oh you can tell she’s loving the attention lol.”
“This is weird to me for some reason..feels…uncomfy.”
“She likes the camera a lil too much.”
“She’s trying way too hard.”
While all of these comments are just thoughts about their relationship with no factual evidence, it is interesting to see that so many fans are upset about Malone moving on from his ex with Christy Lee.
As long as Post Malone is happy, leave this woman alone…
