Okay… can these two talk about whether they are together or not?
Over the last few weeks, there has been constant chatter in the country music community among fans who are convinced that Riley Green and Megan Moroney are romantically involved. Of course, for a long time fans were convinced that he and his “You Look Like You Love Me,” duet partner Ella Langley were together, but they’ve given up on that and are now on to thinking he and the “Am I Okay?” singer have a connection.
So, if you’re not chronically online or lack time to follow along with what’s been discovered thus far, let’s dive in…

Riley Green & Megan Moroney In St. Barts
Kicking off the new year, Moroney and Green were enjoying some R&R before their busy tour schedule began. At first, fans did not think twice about taking some time to unplug and recharge until it appeared that they were both in St. Barts simultaneously. While the Caribbean island is a popular tropical destination, fans began to get suspicious that they just happened to be at the exact international location at the same time.
This initial discovery didn’t hold much weight, as coincidences do happen. But then the plot thickened. Green’s good friend, Greg Camp, posted a picture of a boat with the same leather seats and nearly identical beach backgrounds compared to Moroney’s shared image of her and two of her girlfriends.

Okay, here’s a little more solid proof that they might have met up at some point on the trip. Hey, they are both artists, and they have performed together before. Maybe it’s just a friend thing, right? That brings us to the discoveries that happened over the weekend.
Riley Green’s Cowboy Hat
Megan Moroney and Riley Green are back on United States soil and are still fueling the romance rumors. Moroney has been a busy lady since getting back, announcing a partnership with energy drink brand Alani Nu, but she (being a true girl’s girl) makes time for a night out with her friends.
Megan Moroney hit the town over the weekend with some girlfriends, which ended with one of her friends sharing an image of Moroney sporting a cowboy hat…which looks similar to one Riley Green was wearing in his friend Greg Camp’s social media post. Nashville bargoers also spotted Green behind the bar at Losers sporting the same hat. Coincidence? I’m starting to think not.
Moroney also featured a “fit check” of her boots from the night out. The boots appear to be propped up on a pair of dark jeans, which look like they are worn by a man.

The suspicions continues…
Riley Green’s Dog
Many people were convinced they were together because of the cowboy hat, but that information was quickly overshadowed by the discovery that Riley Green’s dog, Carl the Cowboy Corgi, had left a comment on one of Moroney’s Instagram posts.
While it’s common for artists to have help managing their personal social media accounts, Carl’s Instagram account is more fun than business, leading one to believe that Green is responsible for all posts, comments, likes, etc. After the cowboy hat appeared on her social media, internet sleuths discovered that Riley Green’s dog’s account left a comment just days ago from an earlier January post, sharing the behind-the-scenes of her Alani Nu photoshoot.

If Moroney and Green are together, wow… that’s an attractive couple. But most importantly, Megan Moroney got her Christmas wish, asking Santa to bring her a cowboy.
