NFL Fans Are Already Bracing For A Chiefs Super Bowl: “Where Else Is Travis Kelce Gonna Propose To Taylor Swift?”

The Super Bowl predictions are rolling in as the AFC Championship is nearing kickoff. NFL fans of the Chiefs, Bills, Commanders, and Eagles hope their team secures their championship win, sending them to New Orleans for the Super Bowl 59.

At the time of writing, the NFC championship is underway, and Zach Bryan fans are dialed in, hoping the Philadelphia Eagles secure a win so he can release a new single, “Blue Jean Baby.” And gearing up for the next game of the night, music fans of another genre will be tuning in, but not with the promise of new music being released if one team wins. The Swifties will be tuning in to watch her cheer on her beau, Travis Kelce.

When Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift began dating in 2023, she began appearing at games when her schedule permitted her to cheer on Travis. Similarly, Travis started attending The Eras Tour shows when he could show the same support. However, the significant difference between the two appearances is that NFL games are televised, and concerts are not.

Because of this, Swifties began tuning into NFL games. The NFL saw a massive marketing opportunity in showing Swift in her suit, which increased viewership as Swifties loved seeing her reactions to Travis’ plays.

On the other hand, true NFL fans were NOT happy to see Taylor Swift on their screens so much. They would much rather have sports commentators featured or shots of the field occupying their screens when a play is not being run. Swift has stated that she has no control over the broadcasting network’s choice to feature her, but she also does not care if she upsets people when she’s flashed across their TV screens.

Last year, Swift attended the Super Bowl and went viral for meeting Travis on the field to congratulate him. Now leading NFL fans to be upset about more than her appearance at games; they think her presence might sway ref calls favoring the Chiefs to win.

As the Kanas City Chiefs are getting ready to kick off, social media is buzzing with the conspiracy that the NFL already knows the Chiefs are headed to the Super Bowl because they want to continue capitalizing on the viewership from the Swifties.

While one would hope that’s not true, and the Super Bowl represents two teams that have worked hard to secure their spot…money does talk, so I can see how this theory has gained so much traction. And when you factor in the kind of calls the Chiefs get in their favor, it does almost make you wonder.

If the Chiefs and Eagles are Super Bowl-bound again, I think the NFL will be accused of greatly puppeteering the Kelce/Swift show.

Help us Josh Allen, you’re our only hope…

The Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills face off at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium for the AFC Championship tonight at 5:30 CT. And the way it’s looking right now in Philly, the winner will take on the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.
