Tom is never going to be able to escape Eli Manning.
Obviously Tom Brady is one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, winning seven Super Bowls during his 23 seasons in the NFL.
Of course it would have been nine if it hadn’t been for Eli Manning…
Manning and the Giants played spoiler for Brady during his time with the New England Patriots, beating the mighty Patriots in the Super Bowl in both 2007 and 2011 and denying Brady two more rings to add to his record-setting career.
And Manning still isn’t done trying to get in Brady’s head.
Both quarterbacks are retired from the NFL and have found careers in broadcasting, which gives them a lot more time for hobbies – like doing some fishing.
Brady has also recently been posting quite a few thirst traps since his divorce from his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen. And yesterday, he was back at it with a shirtless pic from a recent fishing trip showing off his catch.
But just like during his time in New England, he can always count on Eli Manning to be around the corner keeping him humble.
It seems Eli has been doing some fishing of his own, sporting a hat from Coral Sands Inn & Cottages in Harbour Island, Bahamas (and keeping his shirt on for his picture) and showing off his catch to Tom:
“Cute Minnow, Tom.”
Got him again.
Of course Brady had a clapback of his own, throwing it back to the famous “helmet catch” on Manning’s game-winning drive in Super Bowl XLII:

Of course Tom Brady is probably hitting the water trying to clear his head after the recent news that his ex-wife is pregnant with her jiu-jitsu instructor’s baby.
The supermodel recently revealed that she was expecting a child with Joaquim Valente, who Gisele was reportedly in a relationship with when she was still married to the quarterback.
And obviously the future Hall of Famer isn’t going to publicly speak ill about his ex-wife, but after the news of her pregnancy broke he posted a story on Instagram with The Chicks version of Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide” that had people speculating that Brady was in his feelings about the newest revelation.

The good news is it looks like Brady is doing well (and still posting thirst traps, because there’s no better place to clear your head than out on the water.
The bad news is that no matter what he does, Eli Manning is apparently always going to be lurking around the corner to chirp him.
It looks like Brady vs. Manning will forever be the rivalry that keeps on giving.
