Notorious Baltimore Ravens fan John “Jack” Callis had a warrant out for his arrest from Baltimore police as of Thursday, mere days after he violently attacked Washington Commanders supporters on the street.

For whatever reason, it took a while to bring the 24-year-old into custody for the brutal assaults of the 23-year-old men, but in the end, Callis turned himself in on Monday.

Callis turning himself in may not have happened if not for a weirdly boastful bystander and presumed friend of Callis’ capturing live video of the awful scene.

As was reported by Rick Ritter of CBS Baltimore, Callis is facing the following charges: One count of first-degree aggravated assault and three counts of second-degree assault. Callis sucker punched one of the young Commanders fans, and proceeded to beat up the other one against a wall, defiantly shouting to the camera that he didn’t lose.

What a lowlife. Callis’ life started going downhill before this arrest, as he just lost his job at an insurance agency in the Baltimore area.

Another unfortunate element of this story, too, is that Callis is widely reported to have acted like a spoiled brat all his life. He was kicked out of multiple private schools and even allegedly put his genitals on a student with special needs.

I get that young people do stupid young people things from time to time, but this Callis character is on a whole other level that frankly merits some sort of rehabilitation. Too bad he got the memo to not be a piece of human trash too late, because Callis could face legitimate prison time. The video above suggests Callis could spend the rest of his 20s incarcerated.

Not exactly a ringing endorsement here either from someone who went to college with Callis.

This New York/New Jersey law attorney and fantasy football analyst guy shows how lucky Callis is to not have pulled any kind of weapon during the altercation.

Can you believe this dude Callis flexed his biceps after beating up on those Commanders fans? Might be the biggest sports-adjacent viral Internet loser of my lifetime. Nobody else comes to mind. Except maybe the Browns fan(s) who thought up an abhorrent visual display to defend Deshaun Watson at a tailgate party. We won’t go there to draw any parallel to Callis’ arrest and Deshaun’s season-ending injury from Sunday, but as a Cincinnati Bengals loyalist, I’m wondering what the hell is up with the rest of the AFC North at this point.
